From a very young age, I always felt the need to create a space which not only felt comfortable, but also looked aesthetically pleasing.

I remember moving my own room around so many times and begging my parents to buy me paint and fixtures to change my room to match the picture in my head. They finally gave in to a little girl’s demands of a very specific “dirty purple” paint – yes it was the 90’s when purple was very cool – with pewter finishes and matching bed linen.

The passion to create never left me and I was fortunate enough to establish my own interior design business in 2021 to fulfil this need. Coming from a completely left-brained background (I studied law and worked as a legal forensic investigator), I understood that there might be some hurdles. But as with anything in life, if you put your mind to something you believe in, nothing is unreachable.

When I see the happy and satisfied look on my clients’ faces, I know that I have fulfilled my goal and stayed true to my passion to bring their dreams to life

Who We Are

Our Process

At the initial meeting with a new client, I like to obtain a feel for their personality and style. This influences my approach to the project brief and scope. During this meeting I will make preliminary suggestions and give advice on style, layout, finish selections, etc. It is important to also get a broad budget indication from the client as this will guide me to stay in line with reachable and realistic goals.

Based on all the initial information obtained, I will compile look boards and samples to present to the client. Should the client accept the proposal, I will then start with timeline planning, sourcing and costing. In the event that my proposal requires editing or adjustment to suit the client’s needs, I will go back to the drawing board to ensure satisfaction in this regard.

Once the final selections and plans are agreed on, the “real” work begins, whether is it building from scratch, revamping an existing space or only breathing in some fresh decorative air. I provide Gantt charts to all my sub-contractors to ensure timeous completion, snagging and hand-over to the client.
